Free Shipping
All domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Time
Orders are shipped out from our warehouse in batches every 2-4 business days. Once placed, orders are marked as pending until they are fulfilled. Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via e-mail and provided with the tracking number. Worldwide orders can take 2 weeks or more to arrive depending on the shipping service. Please keep this 2-4 day fulfillment time in mind when placing your order shipping speed.
Return / Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for products with manufacturing defects. We offer size exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Exchanges
Bosuman offers size exchanges within 2 weeks of the customer receiving their product. You may be charged for the return fees associated with the order depending on your location. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship out the desired replacement and provide a new tracking number. Tags must still be attached, and the item must not appear or smell used. If the item is received in a clearly used condition; the used item will be sent back to the customer.
We are not responsible for any import, duty, or tax fees associated with your order. Please do your due diligence to see if your order will have duty fees for your country.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from bosuman.com (the “Site”).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
